Frozen-product delivery requirement At least one ice pack is required for orders containing frozen mice, rats or other frozen goods. One Ice Pack will be added to your cart automatically. We cannot guarantee that products will remain fully frozen during transit. Frozen products are not shipped to the Western Cape, Northern Cape or Eastern Cape.
